Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched. To cancel, email us at skaletgroup@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns and exchanges
Every tee is printed on demand, just for you, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind. We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery only in these cases:
- the item arrived damaged or defective (for example, a print fault);
- you received the wrong item; or
- you received the wrong size (we will exchange it for the correct size).
How to request a return or exchange
Email skaletgroup@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and the problem. We will review your request and reply with the next steps. Items should be unused, unwashed and in their original condition.
Refunds
Once a cancellation or return is approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show the credit.
